Cornerstone Realty Advisors (CRA)
Project: Company Brochure
CRA is a commercial real estate lender specializing in handling projects that traditional lenders cannot. Targeting the western United States, CRA hired Interactive Consulting to develop its brochure, its logo and corporate ID, as well as its web site. The brochure, designed tastefully in two colors, appeals to brokers and developers by identifying with their needs and showing how CRA meets those needs. This "Roll Fold" approach leads the reader through CRA's unique selling proposition to the corporate overview and focus on the inside. CRA has been quite successful and has received much positive feedback on its communications.
