Real Estate Bargain Book
The Real Estate Bargain Book is a spoof on real estate advertising. The book's author compiled a great collection of very funny photos and combined them with witty and clever copy. Interactive Consulting designed a direct mail brochure which was mailed out to real estate professionals around the country. Our challenge was to give enough content that would whet peoples' appetites as well as compel them to make a purchase. We chose a unique vertical format for the piece, highlighting some of the funnier photos and utilizing a witty writing style complementing that of the publication.
