Process
1. Consultation: We began by holding a series of meetings where we clearly defined the scope of the new organization, its mission and objectives, and how the web site could help accomplish this mission.
2. Project Document: IC then put a detailed site scope document together which outlined our ideas for major sections. We also provided a look and feel prototype.
3. Project Management: Through further deliberation we decided upon a site outline and content map for the entire site. IC organized this in a working document which designated who was responsible for each area of content.
4. Project Development: We then executed the writing and design. IC provided a signficant level of writing on the site. We collaborated closely with WDC staff throughout the development process.
